📱 Setup & Application

Which app?

QWatch, available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).

How to connect?
  1. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone
  2. Open the app and go to "Devices"
  3. Select your  Q Watch to pair and accept permissions

Compatibility: iOS (iPhone 8.0+ with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)).

Synchronisation: You can sync with Apple Health and Google Fit via the app settings. Data synchronisation occurs automatically each time you open the app if you're nearby. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled. Check that your smartphone has an up-to-date app version and sufficient battery.

Battery Life & Charging

Charging Frequency:

Once daily. The bracelet can store several days' (25+ days) worth of data in memory.

Analysis:

Analysis of biometrics (HRV, sleep, temperature, heart rate) cross-referenced with your daily habits.

Your data is encrypted and stored on secure servers, never sold to third parties. It is used solely to improve your customer experience.

Cleaning:

Delivery Times

After validation of your payment by card or other payment type, the parcel is dispatched within 24 to 72 hours. Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

📦 DELIVERY AND RETURNS

What is my delivery time?

Generally, allow 4 to 6 working days for certain destinations (mainland France), except in exceptional cases (strikes, end-of-year holidays, customs, etc.). Extended delivery times may occur depending on your location.

Return and Refund

Cooling-off Period: 30 days following receipt of your order to proceed with a return.

We apply the 2025 law: The right of withdrawal applies only if the returned item is in perfect condition.

What are your return conditions?

Before initiating a return, please check that your item meets the following criteria:

  • Item in excellent condition: Not worn, in original packaging
  • Original packaging: The product must be returned in its intact original packaging. Original packaging is essential and mandatory to exercise your right of withdrawal

My item has a defect

In case of a problem with a received item, please contact us immediately. If the item is damaged or defective, we will review your request and follow the instructions according to our return policy.

What if I received the wrong product or a missing item?

Please first check your delivery note and parcel. If an item is missing or incorrect:

  • Contact our customer service immediately
  • Keep the packaging and labels

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Swedish Law in Force

In accordance with Swedish law, once an item has been worn, used, or personalised, no return or exchange can be made. Who pays the return costs?

Return costs are the customer's responsibility in the case of a standard withdrawal.
